Stuck at "Ready"....

Dear GM,

I use Iphone 6+ with IOS 8.3.  After your latest update, now everytime I open the app, always stuck on "Ready..."
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. same result.... cannot go in.
Please fix it asap. Bleeding on EXP... since I cant login as much anymore.

First pls clear the cache and then relog in to the game under GOOD network connection.

After the Last maintenance the same happens with Android app.

I cleared cache, even reinstalled the app still stuck on ready

Grrrr.... I delete the app... Try reinstall app. Still stuck on READY. Tried more than 10 times, and can play again.
But tomorrow stuck again. Then i do the same again.
This is very irritating. Please fix this asap.

this is should not be happening.
I have RC a lot of times also...

we're really sorry for troubling players but please buy most futuristic and most expensive devices so can reduces problems,if still have some problem
don't be shy just post in forum with screenshot
i will try my best to record all problems occured and inform the devs team
