Kingdoms need locked from new players

Many servers are heavily stacked in one kingdom. Shu for example on 77 and 75 is out of control. Yet every day more and more people join the kingdom that is already smashing everyone. Servers need up being dead because of this.

Kingdoms need to have a population lock to prevent players from joining these kingdoms. Or, other kingdoms need a experience bonus to make up for it.

Theoretically you do get an exp bonus of sorts. 20 shu beating on 1 or 2 wei..the 1 wei gets more exp while those 20 have to share what they can squeeze from a single player. If anything they need to add a resource bonus to weaker countries,
