S11/13 Asking for merger

Hi GM.

From the lastest elite group tournament we can really see the difference that S11/13 is lack of people. 90% S11 Shu was online to fight for the tourney but we lost due to the total manpower. Although their clones are alot, most of the big players from the opposition are indeed much stronger,lost with glory. Not complaining much but we felt it's really not balance up.

Hopefully you can merge S11 soon. We got alot of potential spender too.
