can not recruit troops (idle status)

Hi,
I have same problem. One of the General cannot recruit troops.

Country: Singapore
Server: S14
IGN: OstumHarla
Playing on: iPhone 5S
IOS: 7.1.1

Game version - 6.0.0

Yeah i got start to get this same problem to one of my hero.

For example:

Hero 1 : xxxx..........  idle
Hero 2 : xxxxxxxxxxx idle
Hero 3 : xxxxxxxxxxx idle
Hero 4 : xxxx.......... recruit

So, I can use recruit Hero 4 but not on Hero 1.

I have to wait "invisible" for Hero 1 to charge fully.

During this wait, I cannot do Trial Tower as all Heros has to be fully ready.

So, it is very frustrating,................ PLEASE HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!
