Which levle are you when you get Dian Wei?

Hi, I have a question for those who get Dian Wei. When is your level when you get him? What is your armment level and gem level? Just need to know how much more I need to work on. Thanks

I'm about to get him, but most players get him at lev. 96-97 with gem lev 9, 4 stars equipment and +/- 3800 of init.

On s14, somebody get D. wei at lvl 93, init +/- 3500

now with horcrux, init needed will be lower because it's not count in init

Hi,

I am offering services to get Dian Wei at low initiative. With new feature polish, I can get Dian Wei at initiative as low as 2800-3000.

It is all depends on your hero and etc. If it fits the requirements then it should be at least within week time (considering you have no Soul for disposal). If you are passing the requirements with flying color and have stocks of Soul for disposal then I will be able to get it in 1 day.

Is it even possible to get D.Wei considering that the first challenge in Heroic D.Wei - Yue Jin, commands 5 NPC with troops strength between 67,000-70,000?
