I just spend money to recharge gold but i did not recieve any gold that i purchased on my s5 account

I recharged on 06/16/2014 around 10 o'clock in eastern USA time

You can find it in your email which can provide order number and purchase order date.

For some reason it didn't get a recipe of my purchase order. But when i checked my bank account, they already took the money out of my bank account. I honestly don't know what happened during the transition. This is the first time this happened to me. It was fine when i recharged my gold the first but i honestly don't know why i didn't get my email recipe for it.
