Received a similar card and the star did promoted 1/2 star but found out that the stats does not get updated as displayed...

you should get 2 card, and the exp become 0/3, to get the 2 stars stats...

card status upg, u will get that stat when ur star rise.. So as long as not up star ur stats in cards remaining same.. that not a bug..
