Gold not downloading?? Three days now?

It would be better to have system help with this issue. As now it is three days no gold downloaded. Is this normal? Please email me with response... Before i find a more efficient game to play..thanks in advance.

Im sorry for your lack of interest in helping a customer with a gold purchase. 5 days and the money has been withdrawn from my credit card and no gold!! Clearly no service is working for you.. Unfortunately i expect higher standards ... Good luck with your game i will now seek refund from apple and report this game.

Dear  GM .... If you exist ...after several days without reply to my request I have contacted apple store and let them know about your poor service... to which they apologized on your behalf and have granted a refund of monies you received for gold you neglected to make available to my account. A good game but not worth the risk of money loss...
