1. Can't summon
2. Shu Overloading player
3. Wei and Wu lacking player
4. Many Player in Shu Double Account even made acc in other country just for waste we time when upgrade country

i hope you can check that maybe you can transmisi some people in shu to wei / wu
shu too much player they even can push wei and wu in same time
