Login failed on ipad but ok with iphone

Hi GM,

i can log in with my iphone at S14 server, but when i try to log in from ipad it fails.

Normally when you open the aps it will say checking server, then loading then updating... But in my ipad it only says checking loading and then ready and stuck at ready...

Please verify what i should do? I already delete and reinstall several times but still failed
