: I have 6 level 5 - 4 stars equipment but still cant use the dragon scroll did i missing something please help!

For dragon suit, you need 4 star troop equipment (as shown on picture) on all 6 slots.

Ultimate Attributes: Attack+525, Defense+165, Troops+1080( The basic attributes are included)
