NPC Map EXP Error

When I fiight NPC EXP Map K.Lianng I put WeiYan in front to level up, in battle he got 50K+ Exp. But after the battle the exp didn't add up. His level still the same. This has happpened befoore witth NPC J.Yong so I screen captured the Exp. This happened after I use gold on Iron NPC.

The Experience for character is working fine. Only for hero error.

I wonder if  I ask How do I recharge for golds  willl get a quick response
