hahahha.. HEYSHELL oh HEYSHELL.. u let people RC..and 1 country become overpowered on that server .. and u merger with other server to balancing the game??hahaha funny.. so the meaning of recharge for what??if you want the game balance.. better erase the recharge option..

Nice attempt guy, but where will heyshell get money to buy drugs if there is no recharge?
