RC Gold get in to old account(non active id) COTK-Chen

dear GM Chen,

my name felic and i'm player from s43.i have problem issue with gold that i already bought yesterday via credit card (mandiri bank),the problem is when i was done purchase via cc,the gold not come to my online acc (id 43) so i re login, and i do a mistake when log in, i log in by click to my old acc(server41,non active acc), and i'm supprised the gold was there.i bought gold for do the rc.
i also already sent the email to cotk@corp.heysell.com by yesterday 27feb 2016 also with screenshoot my non active id and my active id.
so GM-chen could you help me to see the transaction and help me to transfer the gold that i bought yesterday,from my old id which is non active id to the active one?
i'm really do appreciate dor your attention and support to solve this problem.

I believe that you will be wise n help this guy to move the gold to the active player ign kenkei
Its not to difficult for you to swicth out that rc thing

this is an ongoing problem . i rc my friend a long time ago and he log in to fast and gold went to my account . this problem is known to me . 100% this guy should get his gold transfered over . a tip for you mate if game freezes wait until game unfreeze to change over or your gold may not go where you want it to.and yes i have rc my friends to ensure a better game for us .

Hmm..This is a good info for me if I wanna RC in the future..
So when you RC, they probably give it to the earlier server character instead of the 1 you chose
