Dear sir, don't worry, you mean that you get new gift code from event, but you can't claim gift, can you tell us how many times did you claim about that type rewards, and you can provide us screenshot about your gift code that you can't claim rewards, after event is end, you can contact with us and provide us gift code, we will check it and compensate you rewards, thanks.
