Good day GM,
I want to ask about your recharge system and the payment system.
Are you having a problem with the both system? Or your website operate fraud ?
I did a recharge one week ago for 5 dollar transaction. I did this payment to check if the recharge was working or not.
It is working, my paypal account was deducted. But the points (10 points) never reached to my account.
I got the receipt from paypall to my email, and i save the receipt payment as well after the payment process had been completed with paypal payment.
I have sent to you by email as well, after a week, i haven't received the point, or event any news about my issue.
If you have any issue with the website please notice to us, so we can wait for the issue to be solved.
So other players, will not face same issue with me.
