Title Production Bonus

I was calculating how much food my farms were generating to make sure they were producing what is shown and I noticed that my title production bonus wasn't being included.  How I determined this is by writing down how much total food I had at a particulare moment (all heroes were full troops).  I then waited 10 minutes and then recorded the new number.  I then multiplied the difference by 6 and arrived at a value that should be farm production plus title bonus.  Here are the numbers

food at 11:48 am - 800.71
food at 11:58 am - 803.78
difference - 3.07
multiplied by 6 = 18420

my farms produce 18388 per hour and my title bonus is 2580 per hour

As you can see, the value is close to what my farms produce by themselves.  Could you let me know if there is something I am not taking into consideration or if this is a legitimate issue?
