Have Recharge Point But Can't convert gold to my server.

Please Help Guys,

I have recharge point but why can't convert to gold in my server?
anyone have troubling this?

I'm using android (phone) to play and recharge using website(on Notebook) with GudangVoucher..
But now i have point but can't use..

please help me..

Hi arthur, i have already visit http://www.heyshell.com/cot/transfer/ and still couldn't convert gold.

it says "You don't have character in the current server.S21 Orcher Flag" but i've play in this server..

I did mistake. I bought point (20 point) using my notebook and i login with my facebook account. When i checked my android, there's no my point in my game account. I use my yahoo account to login. My question is why my point not appear in my yahoo account? Please help me..

Can you check your accounts and find out the account with 20 points? We doubt that you used a wrong account to recharge. That is why you can not find the points in your game account.
