I wasn’t sure what is adherence in bpo really meant until I read this article at https://simplycontact.com/call-center-schedule-adherence/. It ties everything back to scheduling and compliance. The examples are super relatable for BPO settings. Makes a big difference in understanding agent discipline. Highly recommend this to team leads.
