Why this can't be stopped?

First of all, Heyshell doesn't give any crap at all to all your complain about certain player being a fake gold users.
They only care about the money going into their bank account and not being refunded to Paypal.

Second, Heyshell should put an extreme stop on this fake gold users by banning all IP related to these users.
There are only a number of people doing this, and they will keep making a new char on new servers after they got banned.

I say put a stop for this fake gold user for once and for all.
Don't ever give second chance for fake gold user, and ban their IP for Life.

Myself I have spent over few thousands of dollar on this game and because I enjoy it.
But seeing someone else being banned over and over for the same Shit, it made me to consider if I should go spend my money on others game instead.

To all players of COTK
Will you keep quiet on this issue or pressure the GM to ban all IP that has history of using fake gold?

Sir, appreciated for the info u provided firstly, and this would be recorded and forward to our staff, in addition, we'll take this problem very seriously and try our best to ban such this kind of behavior, if u have any evidence which could be used for proving somebody using the fake gold, u could provide it to us on our FB or Email, we would check immediately once we receive it, thx
