Unable to train hero

Hi,

I was unable to train my Zhu Rong. When i click on Hero>Train and I can't see my Zhu Rong here.
Is there a bug here or is there any way to solve this issues?

Sir, when u open the Train interface, pls select the hero u wanna train. If still have problem, pls contact us, thx

When I open up the Hero>Train and I want to select the hero to train but I am unable to see my Zhu Rong there but I am able to see the others Hero.

I think i know why i can't train my zhu rong already... Because is the same lvl as ny main character right...
So sorry and thanks for your time
