Can't Perform Loading Scene

Anyone knows, what happened?? Since yesterday evening until now I fail to perform loading scene and after countless refresh this page occured
I play two server S5 and S9 both of them fail to perform loading scene

Guys please help me!! any suggestion??
GM please give me your solution or solve my problem

We have tested the server and it worked well. Maybe you could try to use another browser (like Google Chrome in your pic). Let's do troubleshooting with patience. Sorry for that.

I don't know what happen but this evening I already can play COTK again
