Hi GM. I did recharge 996 gem before April 1. So where is my event reward <lvl5 gem>?

you have to go to Event and Claim it. If you have not it is probably gone, cause now new events is here.
GM need to fix this. sometimes we forget to check on Events to claim it on the next day.
