it's the system when 1 country occupying certain number of cities for long enough duration can trigger the allianced other 2 countries and give buffs 15% exp

only 2 id i think it doesn't matter also those id has very different ign
in my server i still see
xxxx, xxxx2, xxxx3          xxxx here is the same words for ign only differentiated by number behind it
zzzz.s90, zzzz.s91            zzzz also same ign differentiated by servers,since merged
A****, B****, C****     **** also same ign only distinguished by A.B,C for specification  
still active rounding here and there with various style,such as auto off and camping in 10%,30% cities providing "secure paths" for main id to reach 50% cities
