Hi Chen,

Thanks for valuing the players through words but I only believe in action which speaks louder then words.

And also I am not discrediting the effort in making this game a good experience by the team. This game is good but there is a balance that need to address in order to attract more new players and value the long supporting players. I am sure you want this game to stay else the team will not be wasting time to try to improve it or make it even better. Lastly I believe there are tonnes of suggestions out there and so far I only see one statement "Thanks for your suggestion, we have noted down". Been a year and not even 10% of the ideas were adopted.....

Thank you for your honest advice, and we are listening, regardless of the past or the future, we will still listening and record the good suggestion of the players, and that's not just the expression like "Thanks for your suggestion, we have noted down", we have seen every suggestion of the player and try to make improvement, your support and trust are the motivation for us to go forward!

I think players should be fair about this issue also.
GM didnt cheat about this matter.

My friend still get Yueying & Zuoci from last event.
Most still have the prize..

And for GM, it is ur game. if there is a system error/bugs, u cant expect players to take the cost from it. eventhough i do know it was easy to make fake screenshot using photoshop.. hope u can be wise about this issue mr. GM

Hi Aris, Somehow when a player can rc 135k golds in 3days, they only dont understand with that money he can buy the cheapest car in indonesia but cant get zuoci????! U know how it feel?
Gm may can explain he have no luck, but pls give high spender a new standard to get what he want, pls dont tell them all r depend on luck. Thank you

If there is a benefit of doubt, then the benefit should goes to your customer......none of this excuses. Give the guy his Lantern which he no doubt reserve it.

For the Screenshot problem, I think I can suggest one solution. Let's make an example of this event, the biggest prizes are H.Y.Ying, MYLu and Lantern. Say if any player from S55 got prize Lantern, it would show to all other players in S55, just like you made list of people who spent how much gold during Wheel. This way, he can't just show you fake Photoshop, and other players in other country can also say he is scam or not. Of course you can check in your system Log and say he didn't get prizes but this way would be more "Transparency".

For the Luck issue, I suggest the S-hero can buy direct using amount of gold for big spenders. Say if ZuoCi can get using 30k Gold (which is 300,000 Voucher), some people would willingly buy and didn't see it as cheat. For now, the other player in this thread spent 135k Gold (which is 1,350,000 Voucher, can buy 3 Kings + Awaken one King hero), and he didn't get ZuoCi, he will feel cheated of course. You can set the reasonable prizes for S-Hero based on their usefulness. So, big spender don't have to pray on Luck (which will almost never happen to them). I feel this game has many gold traps and some people may really angry and quit this game becoz of those traps and we are hoping Gm should consider those facts.

Still nothing. If this were not a lantern i would not be upset. This is the SECOND time your game bugged me out of something. This has taken too damn long. If you want my money this will be remedied.
