missing star atlas

Sir please fix and check my id red225 shu s12.
After i finish map elit instance than i want swicth back again this gone missing
In one general.i have try to check again my general before i start elit map hope i forget to switch but i can find again please help me before arena reset.

Recruit back all heroes that u use to fight
Then click reset, u fired them without checking. That's y u lost some stars
