Try to put shadows when a connection problem appear
Then disconnected reconnected
All shadows gone and almost all the gold
is it possible to get shadows and/or gold back ?
it was gold saving of one month who disappear

Dear player, this situation may not caused by the disconnection, maybe your shadow is accumulate in the city or kill by enemies, esp. when there is full of enemies.

all my shadows and gold have been deployed in this city.
I have used  the button  to make 10 shadows the problem of connection appear
i  have been disconnected i reconnected all my gold use to make shadows and all my reserve of shadows uses

Dear player, we appreciate it very much if you can give us the following information:
1. When did you put your shadows?
2. How long does the disconnection last?
3. How many shadows did you put in city?
4. Did you put all your shadows in the city and find they gone or you put some of your shadows and after you reconnected you found they are missing?

1) i put shadows when the connection start to disconnect
2) disconnect for 10 to 15 seconds
3) in the city they were 66 shadows
4) i didn t want all my shadows to be use in the city and surely not gold to be use to put shadows

I think player has 100 shadows,he wants to cast 60 shadows so he press then encountered dc.When reconnected,all the shadows and 1mth of gold gone when by right he should have 40 shadows and 1mth of gold left.Correct?

Should give ur gaming platform,phone specs,time,city u r in,the error message shown

Anyway u encountered any slowness before casting shadows?perhaps u tink u cast 60 actually becoz of slowness/lag u tot the button never take effect then u press again

it s what has happen . but i haven t press the button that often i just need 5 shadows to make an assault .
