Depens on what you want. Liu Bei is boosting Attack, Cao is boosting troops and Sun Quan skill attack. Except of this Liu Bei can survive almost each skill as he diminishes oponent's skill attack by 50%, Cao can kill whole row by one slash and Sun Quan had some critical damage ability.

My personal choice is Liu Bei as I prefer huge attack (on lvl 137 my av attack is about 7900). But if you want to lvl up faster go for Cao, but you'll be probablybe weaker as you will not catch stats with your lvl.  Sun Quan is my least favourite choice.

First of all if u want to buy warlord is Liu Bei. He'll boost ur whole line up attack by 10%. Then if u want to go for 2nd lords, it will depend on u bro. Are you planning to level up faster or to strengthen ur attack? If u wanna level up faster after Liu Bei, Cao2 will be a wise choice. If u want to strengthen ur whole line up u can buy Sun Quan, but now aday we have Dong Zhuo. Combination of Liu Bei and Dong Zhuo is better than Liu Bei and Sun Quan I think. But the best awaken overall of lords which we could have by spending vouchers I think is Awaken Dong Zhuo. Awaken Dong Zhuo's terrain talent is plain, mountain and water. And plus all heroes' common attack damage +15%. Sorry may be this is exceeded ur question bro. But I just try to give u whole picture about lords I know so far. Hope will help u to make wise deicision.

What is the real effect of Common Attack Damage? I'm still confused.

If I want to buy my 1st lord, is Dong Zhuo a wise choice? Or still Liu Bei? I'm lv up so fast so I don't need CCao. As Convinus said my stat is low and not balanced with my lv. But I want to get my favorite hero fast so I just keep lv up.

Sun Quan is the best fighter out of them when it comes to actually battling as his personal ability gives him some massive harm damage. But yeah, depends what you want.

As I know common damage attack is harm. I bought Liu Bei first as he could boost attack. then 2nd one is Dong Zhuo.

Yeah so far I know Sun Quan is a good fighter with high damage of his harm. Sun Quan will boost all heros' skill attack. Dong Zhuo will boost alll heroes' damage rate. Personally Dong Zhuo's talent is whenever ur opponent's troops lower he'll hit higher damage. Each lord has plus and minus points. Cao Cao's plus point is he'll boost all ur gens' troops and if u were lucky enough he could slay the enemies Liu Bei's plus point is boost ur whole gens' attack and received opponents' skill -50%. U can see whenever Liu Bei casts his skill to Guo Jia the effect of the damage to himself is not that much.
