why our expedition (wu) always bring gem but other country only bring food or iron?
please make more fair in this game

I noted the expedition from shu carrying iron or gems always end in wu.    And shu expedition always ends end in wu side in server 31.  why like that?  you need to be far to all.  

Second case,   I think your programming of the expedition is not correct.  when the wei, wu or shu expedition comes out every hourly,  it did not look to clear those city occupied by another country.
for example  WU expedition will go straight to the city that is fighting.  instead of clearing the city occupied by shu.  it should first clear the city occupied by shu first.   

Next I noted that the expedition will fight with each other.
for example when wu and wei expedition meet in the map they will try to collide and fight each other instead of clearing the city first.   
after the expedition come out,   the city is still the same... there is no changes in term of more city occupied by the expedition unit.   

Please look into this.
