First time buying a used Car!

Looking to buy a used H3 Hummer and came across one that was listed for 9,500 with 87k miles on it. Went to look at it and test drive it and the car was super clean inside and out, and drove decently well.

After going home and looking up the car’s vin number on carfax, discoverd that it actually has 185k miles on it. After knowing this what price should I negotiate? Im still interested in the car because just how clean it was inside and out.

Also took a look underneath and the parts were covered with oil, not dripping any oil tho. But ran finger across several parts underneath the body and had a light layer of oil or grease.
