the page stop loading at the running horse

Anyone experience this problem? I am using chrome as browser....Yesterday I still able to play on my laptop...today it cant pass the running horse loading.....pls assist

hi Admin, I am using Chrome, it still the same issue on my PC. However I had no issue playing on my Note 3 Samsung.
