What about in my case? I believe I PM u some time ago. The transaction that went through, and billing statement sent to my email. It really clear actually, but I havent got reply whatsoever till today. Did you even bother looking at it? thks in advance.

Mr. Athur, please think again, even it was not 100% your fault but still it was? Why, your event is on the weekend time, and you dont support us on the weekend. You just leave us, any bugs ot problem issue need to be pending till reach you on weekday. You need to have solution for this, and you need to understand your customer feeling, especially your vip. Some of them spend their money to entertain. For ry4i7 case, because of late payment even by you or the third party but totally not his fault. He need gold on time to claim VC, and he is in the top rank players, losing chance to get VC is his big problem to compete with other players, like contest and super tournament. As you know he is vip 11, how do you treat your vip like this?
GM, why dont you have solution for him?  
I'm feeling sorry for him, as he is my good opponent, i really dont want to lose him. He used impolite words, how you feel? You feel bad and you banned him from forum? How about other players who use bad words, not to you but to another players, why dont you banned them.

If you think you are really a big boss, so do your way.
