Just to make sure, will the server be open @ 07:00:00 apr.23(GMT) or 08:00:00 apr23 (GMT)

Because 16:00:00 - 8h = 08:00:00 ;)

Thanks for your precious idea. According to what I know, some countries and some states of certain countries might be using Daylight Saving Time. Therefore, we have adjusted the  time referred in the paragraph above. Anyone who wants to find out the accurate time for himself/herself may need to convert it based on Server Time ( 16:00 Apr. 23th 2015 Timezone 8 ) and his/her own location. Thanks a lot.
