Issues of New Updates - 19 June 2015

Dear GM,

First of all, thank you for your recent update to this game, i.e., Friday / 19 June 2015.

We have been playing for 2 months (since April 2015), and we really need these new updates of events / features / contents.

The new features provide new enthusiasm to the gamer, and prevent them from retiring / uninstalling the Soul Sword from their android.

However, there are several issues that needs to be resolved, and we require your kind attention and explanation, with details to be further elaborated below.



GAME TIME
Why do you change the game time to the old version ? You change back the game time to the device time.
It is preferable to follow the server time and not the device time.
The gamers, from other time region in Asia, require this to participate in the daily events such as invasion, camp war, bliss, alien invasion, etc.

Please note that, we believe, majority of the gamers came from the region with GMT+7, and not merely GMT+8.



LUCKY SPIN EVENTS
All of the ranking winners of the (Time Limited - TL) Lucky Spin Events have not received their respective rewards, i.e., the Soul's amulet.

You promised the winner that the reward will be delivered by in-game mail after the release of new updates on Friday / 19 June 2015.
However, up to today, Saturday / 20 June 2015, there are still no rewards being delivered to the respective winners.

These winners deserve their rewards, since they have complied with the terms and conditions, as regulated by GM on this TL Lucky Spin Events.
On the other hand, you should honor your obligation for delivering the rewards.
Your failure to fulfill such obligation would raise distrust and disappointment from the gamers to participate in any future Time Limited (TL) Events.



9-STAR SOUL
We are joyed with the release of the new 9-Star Soul.
However, we are confused on how to achieve the 9-Star Amulet within the game.

We found no clue nor reference to get the 9-Star Soul.
We understand that the 8-Star Amulet cannot be upgraded into 9-Star Amulet through the combination trader

Please explain and elaborate the how-to methods and procedures to get the 9-Star Amulet ??



ADVANCE LEVEL 6
We are surprised with the new feature of Advance Level 6 Gears, which could be purchased either by Gold or Honor in the Mall.
The new feature of Advance Level 6 Gears, have provided several players to gain adequate raise with their Power.

However, we consider that the required gold to obtain some of the new Dream Crystal Gems, for example, the Armor and the Weapon, are too expensive.
We understand that you have your own discretion for calculating and considering your pricing/selling strategy within the game.

Please review your income / revenue within the next 30 days, or you may review the statistic of power's increase of the players in Server 1-4.
Especially which are received from the players who recharge the Gold in order to purchase the Dream Crystal Gems of the Armor and the Weapon.

If you found out that there are so few players who purchased the full complete set of Advance Level 6 Gears.
Then hopefully you may understand that there are not many players who are willing to spend their money that much for obtaining the full complete sets.

We wish you may reconsider the pricing strategy to the expensive Dream Crystal Gems, and also any future release new items.

Sorry for the late reply! And thank you again for your sincere support and liking of our game.

Here are the replies that might answer your questions:

1. GAME TIME
We have several players who has reported to us the time bug since the new updates released, and we are now putting this on our schedule.
We are planning to fix this bug in our Friday's routine maintenance. After the maintenance and testing, it can be expected in next week, the game time will follow the server instead of the device and players will have no obstacles in participating time-limited events.

2. LUCKY SPIN REWARDS
The rewards and compensation for players who rank top 10 in TL event Lucky Spin has been all released to their accounts on 24th June. We would like to thank you all for your participation in this event and hope you continue to enjoy our future activities.

3. 9-STAR SOUL
As you noticed, the 9-star soul amulet cannot be obtained from any event in game, nor from the combination trader's upgrading process.
The only way to obtain 9-star amulet is from purchase of the shop which will be very possibly launched after Friday's Maintenance or later.

4. ADVANCE LEVEL 6
The newly launched advance level 6 gear and related items in Mall are part of game strategy to engage more players and add greater attractions in game.
If you are willing to pay more cash to obtain materials and outfits and other stuff which will accelerate your power in game, you will find much more easier and funnier to play.
But if you are non-cash player, it can also be fun to discovery the game and gain exciting experiences by completing daily events and tasks in game.
