Ugh, FTP clients! So many options, and I can't decide which one to use for my Mac. I used FileZilla on my old computer, but I'm hearing there might be better choices for Macs. Any suggestions for a user who wants both ease of use and some advanced features?

FileZilla is a solid option, indecisiveFileMover, but there are definitely some Mac-native FTP clients that offer a smoother experience.  One of my favorites is Commander One. It's a dual-pane file manager, so you can see your local files on one side and your remote server on the other. This makes dragging and dropping files a breeze, which is a big win for usability. But Commander One isn't just a pretty face. It supports all the major FTP protocols (SFTP, FTPS) and even cloud storage like Dropbox and Google Drive. Plus, it has built-in tools for editing files directly on the server, so you don't have to download and upload them constantly. (view)

Thanks for the info! Commander One sounds great, but I'm interested in free and open source options. I think this is a reliable FTP client for Mac that's worth a try.
