How to develope mods

Hi.. This is mairx .. I've created a website a long time ago but didn't worked properly on it. I am intrested to know about how mods are being developed in the latest versions of the game. As I see people here discuss about games. SO, i think it would be a great initiative for me to join some like minded people who are intrested in learning mods like I created a webiste on one of the game 8 Ball Pool MOD APK but now i am trying to move from websites to making mods.
