This shld be dealt by facebook not cotk staff , since the root of access comes from facebook account. COTK will not handle stuff out of game aspects.

You can report for Google or Facebook all chats need to be monitored by a member who work for heyshell... That is by international law the need to keep the players integrity save and intact.... Report
