[Requirement to Unlock]
Complete the quest [Defeat D.Zhuo] to unlock Rare equipment system. (Rare or above equipments have a chance to possess skills.)

[Requirement to Refine]
Players can spend some gold to refine Rare or above equipment.

[How to Refine]
Free Mode (The chance to refine equipment will be increased by 1 each hour)
Top Mode (It requires Gold but brings better effects).

[Why Refine]
1. Refresh equipment’s skill (Will not change the skill level or change its type.)
2. Rare equipment possesses a skill with level cap 2.
3. Epic equipment possesses 2 skills with level cap 3.
4. Legendary equipment possesses 3 skills with level cap 5.

There needs to be a better explanation of certain refine skills, for example: Skill Harm Rate. There's nothing to help the players understand these skills. The tips on Facebook were basic and did not give much insight. Please could you give us, the players, more information.
