anybody have any tips for increasing hero foster function with using few soul?thanks before

Standard advice is this : use Junior up to 1/3 of bar, then Medium up to 1/2-2/3 bar and then Advanced.

I recommend use only Junior (until 1/3 of bar is full) and then Advanced, you will progress faster. But have to save souls.

You can use Junior until Attack reach 100 (def and troop is in equal bar),  use Medium until Attack reach 200 (def and troop also in equal bar),  and use Advance after that. Save at least 200k soul before using Advance to have more impact.
