Auto claim for event.. :)

Dear our lovely GM,

please give ice us auto claim on event...
I has done full our chest on event, but can't claim at cut off time..
I has done my best effort to full chest target, but when I will claim error and must log in again.. After I log in has time to reset..
ooo.. It's very sad for me..
2 times like this.. I has done target but I didn't get even 1 chest..
very very sad...
so please give auto claim like daily quest..

When I will claim like blank screen than automatic log out, then when I sign in again has been closed event and reset..
So sad ya..

You were trying to claim festival dropping chests at around the reset time? Then that makes sense..
