SEO and preview not generated for web links due to static meta tag

The whole community frontend is missing all the SEO for the web. Each and every page just has the static tag from above. The website should at least put the thread title inside or the text from the initial post or even both.

This would also allow the people getting links to a specific thread to see, what's there. Right now one always has to click to know what it's about.
