Initiative addition for Suit

Dear GM,
I suggest that suits can add initiative.

My consideration:
I think many players already have/made suits,
Suit gives more stat then just only using 5 star equip; the stat including lead/force/special attributes,
The scroll is costful and one need to spend much time to buy it.

I think by giving init wont make too many gap cos many players have made them.

it takes time and lots of vouchers to make a suit. I think if rewarded with init will be worth it

Please GM, we suggest that suit can increase init.

Some suits does give init but not all.
Basic stats like troops, def n atk gives init iirc
