I mean, seriously ...who decides to plop down this high-dollar equipment, on the floor, in the middle of the room, and then just sit there on said floor, right next to said equipment, and listen to records? Who actually does this?! I mean, takes the time to move the equipment there on the floor! What? The dude just got lazy and said screw it? Does the gear just stay there all the time?

Who thought this would be a good way to sell these types of products?

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask—does anyone think this kind of advertising is meant more for boosting brand recognition than actually selling a specific product? I sometimes wonder if the goal is just to stay in people’s minds rather than push for immediate sales. Curious if anyone’s changed their mind about this since the last comments.

I’ve noticed the same thing around my area—those massive LED panels on an advertising truck seem over the top sometimes. I guess the flashing lights and motion graphics grab attention way faster than a static sign. For people stuck in traffic or walking by, it’s hard to ignore. Even if you don’t care about the ad, your eyes still catch it just because it’s right in your face.
