Skin care routine?

I would love to hear what you guys do for skin care, especially if you’re 27/28 or older. I’m teetering on the edge of losing more weight and know that my face will really show it if I do cross that line. It sucks because I swore I’d never do this again after knowing how much better my face looked last year when I was actually healthy, but well, you guys know how it goes.

Anyway, I use a CeraVe retinol serum for my forehead and an Aveeno moisturizer, as well as sunblock spray most days. I eat low carb and no processed sugar, but I eat fats for skin health. Other than that I take hyaluronic acid supplements, along with a boatload of supplements in general. Anyone have any go-to products and/or foods for this issue that you’ve found to do the trick? Thanks in advance!

has anyone tried double cleansing with an oil-based cleanser followed by a gentle foaming one? I started doing it recently, and it made such a difference in how clean and soft my skin feels. Curious if others saw the same results or had a totally different experience.

What helped me was switching to richer moisturizers once I noticed my cheeks looking a bit sunken. I started using this Korean line called Mily Cr and honestly, the texture and hydration levels are next level. Their toner and cream made my skin bounce back without feeling heavy or greasy. Also added bone broth and avocado regularly to meals, which seemed to help from the inside too.
