I have been approached by many seeking to quit this game. But I advise against quitting quietly. We have consumer rights and we can write in directly to the companies that pay Heyshell. That is Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.

What we can do is try to request for refund on the money spent due to game didnt turn out as we expected. In fact, they way they are merging us now, it will get worse.
Under Google and Iphone App consumer protection rights clause, we can write to them first. If they fail to respond, we can escalate this to Google Play or Iphone Appstore directly.

5.Review the contact information listed.
What to say when you contact the developer
When you contact the developer, let them know:
•The app you’re using. Examples include "Facebook," "Clash of Clans," or "Candy Crush."
•The issue you’re having. Such as "My in-app purchase didn’t come through," or "the app isn’t working properly when I open it."
•The response you’d like. For example, mention whether you’d like help fixing the issue or would like a refund for your purchase.

You should expect a courteous and professional response when you contact a developer about an issue. If your inquiry is about a problem with a purchase you made, you should expect a response within three business days.
