Hi, same here, my nickname is lawrencelian playing at server 14. I topped up 2300 gold but not able to claim the 1500 gold..please assist!

Dear GM, I also face this problem. I already recharge 1,500 gold via shop in heyshell.com. But i cannot claim gold from event icon.

Please help me!!!
