Summon rate

Gm, u better have a good explanation for this. Wtf do you tweak the summon rate to all gems and resources? What are the chances of having consecutive resources/gems (don't mention the yellow useless liege men)?

There's no use asking in here.

Why ?
1. Because they just GM in here not Developer.
2. They don't know about, rate, information, even equip use for.
3. That COTK-Fy even said they not LOCK RARE EPIC For ADVANCE SUMMON only, just have low rate. Did with thousand players in Here ever GOT LIU BEI WITH FREE SUMMON ?
4. Even they reply your answer, they just said it have probability.

Forgot to add, they said not do anything about summon, but now more likely, within 100%, only got 5-10 cards, and that also mostly yellow.
At 1st time they add resources to summon, only few come out, but now 90% will be resources.

Of course they don't know about it, they just GM anyway.

Yes Chen, but what I mean, RARE EPIC like Liu Bei, Sun Quan, Z Yu, Lu Xun and etc...

It just a dream for free user to get that card, and also NO SUMMON ORDER ANYMORE ...

Really your summon have a big problem I m not happy about that and I have send a complaint for you customers service and he only ignored me...
I use gold to summon how you can see if you check my acc but and I find a lots of problems in your summon  that you can check in my text for your customers service in Facebook.... Some acc in this game have a poor probability of get anything.... You need to change that.... My account is so.fuckup I can get anything and I m all most vip 11.... I don't have good summon or combos no Special heros no equipment for suits.... Really disappointed about your game.... That means is not about be vip or anything.....I only can think  is one you chose the player to get things 2- you don't like European player and USA players 3- you give better things for player from Asia...
Is really ridiculous what's going on....
I will give time to fix that before I stars to write for Google and complain about that problem.... I don't play for free and I deserve to get the minimum respect for my money and me....

funny how gm lie so openly when they are the ones setting the probability... which is why u get all the resources instead of purple or useful red cards

I thought I'm one of few person who get the same result of free summon.
The answer of so many complaint are...
Based on probability. I really don't believe it. Developers & GMs are not God. You just playing God by choosing which account will get most and setting the "probability" as you like.
All your answer like based on your luck, based on probability etc are nonsense. You sett it up, input the numbers, hit the button...voala...it's done.
