Words ( color ) bugs

All words color is black in my game. I can't see anything it says. I had tried reinstall n rebooted my device but still the same. Plz fix it

Also this was what happened in event. My Xu Chu got stuck with in war status. I tried re logged. I tried rebooted my device. I tried fired Xu Chu and rehired but nothing worked. Then I tried fired Xu Chu and hired Zlaio then my Gou Jia automatically teleport to same city and stuck there. All tourney I always Rank 1 before merger. All merger I can rank 3-4 but because off this I got "Rising Star" this game made me less and less interest of playing.

We have tested the game on iPhone 6 plus and it worked well. Sorry that your problem is still unsolved now.  ( The picture below are part of the screenshots from the iPhone 6 plus tested)
Please make sure that your cellphone is in good condition first and then go to http://www.heyshell.com/cot/download/   to download the setup package for iphone.
You are strongly advised to download the latest version for iPhone to be released about 16 hours later and you may try it to see if the fonts have come back to normal.

have experienced this always too ,and in my opinion and after i keep check it out , the chat become black ,when we disconnect from the game ,and then click login again right away
also when we choose the change id menu in i phone , after that will be go to front login page,and then when we login the chat also become black all

my suggestion stonemanlz is ,try to closed cotk from iphone and then open it again ,wait it to checking network and updating first then login again everytime want to change id or everytime disconnect,that will fix the black word problem

for tourney must from heyshell team to check it lol,because all experienced that way too and so stressfull that we cannot use that gen again until that tourney ends
