The Altars of Lilith rewards are essential. Diablo IV Items Every time you interact with one of the 160 statues you will be rewarded with 10 area renown, as well as one of the following Realm Power Boosts for all of the characters you have on your current realm. You'll get one of the following stat bonuses upon locating a statue:

Murmuring Obols maximum capacity increased by 5Dexterity increased by 2Intelligence increased by 2Strength increased by 2Willpower increased by 2Paragon Points increased by 1

You'll also complete the Altar of Lilith Seeker challenge for claiming all of the statues in one region, unlocking the Wily and Seeker Diablo 4 Player Titles that you can then display on your profile for other players to see. If you go on to grab them all then you'll clear the Altar of Lilith Collector challenge, which gives you the Treasure and Hoarder titles to show off.

There are a total of 28 Altar of Lilith statues to be claimed in Fractured Peaks. This is the first major area in Diablo 4, and the region that you'll likely spend the most time in as you'll figuring out how to work your character.
