S 37 need help ASAP

Dear GM,

im king of shu s37, talk behalf all our shu people, we want merger ASAP, wu already quitting, no wu at top 10 arena..
Wei also thinking bout quitting, only maybe 5-8 player of wei still playing..
Our shu also getting bored to attack only guards, plis resolve our problem by merger with stronger wu or wei server, s41 i think wu so strong..
